For ten years, her abundant production was exhibited in and around Quebec City.
Then in 2006, a chance exploration of oil painting with the knife was for her an epiphany! Her newly-kindled passion for this medium was immediately rewarded at the 13th
St-Germain-de-Kamouraska symposium blessing her with the confidence to continue. Weather permitting, Diane prefers painting outside, in the field, but she also appreciates the freedom to access the paths of her imagination provided by her quiet studio
in her home. Always on the move, she travels with her sketchbook.
Since 2013, she offers workshops and demonstrations in watercolor, desiring above all,
pass on this passion.
She participates in numerous art shows, solos and group exhibits in Quebec
and in Europe. Diane loves salmon fishing; to bring in great catches, she draws
from the same patience as to find the right color for her painting. Forever inspired
by her need for expression, her art reflects her personal traits: warmth, passion, sensitivity, cheerfulness. She likes what she does and it shows.
